"Highlights" in Texas Extension are snapshot records of significant accomplishments by individual agents or specialists. For consistency and ease of viewing, they are created electronically and are all in a single-page format containing three component parts:
We want a highlight statement to be reflective of an accomplishment about which the submitter is especially proud and NOT simply a recount of what the person did in a particular month. It is possible for an agent or specialist to submit as many as twelve highlights per year. Our hope is that only two to four will be submitted per person, but that they will be especially noteworthy.
